Getting to Know Me

A native of the Cape Girardeau, MO area for over 20 years lends itself to being an "insider" to the specific flavor of different areas of the city and county.  Having been an R.N. for the past 30 years and active in the medical community lends itself to a special understanding of medical professionals needs. 

After being a contractor's daughter all my life, I took over my father's company 3 years ago and do new construction and remodeling.  My church is a large part of my life.  I attend Cape First, an innovative family friendly and community minded church and have been active in the children's ministries for the past 20 years.

Areas of Expertise

I am currently working on my G.R.I. certification.  Being active in the construction industry gives me a unique advantage over the average realtor.  Having experience in construction/remodeling I am able to see the good, bad and potential in all the properties I show. My clients love this!  I'm am a fearless negotiator because my greatest joy is when I see the smile on my client's face as I hand them the keys to their NEW home and to think I had a small part of it is very gratifying.
